Hi, I’m Cathy, your bridal hair and make-up expert in North Devon, and I’m here to make you look and feel incredible on your unforgettable day.Since moving to North Devon in 2010, I’ve had the privilege of working with countless brides, focusing on providing luxury bridal services to those eloping to this beautiful corner of the country or lucky enough to live here. I adore creating classic, elegant looks that stand the test of time. My make-up style enhances your natural beauty to create a flawless, radiant look that boosts your confidence and ensures you feel truly special.
I take pride in offering an exceptional service, which is why I limit the number of brides I work with each year. My journey in the beauty industry began when I qualified at East Midlands College of Health and Beauty in 2003. My first taste of the professional world came on the Clinique and Benefit counters at Debenhams, and since then, I’ve worked in luxury salons, spas, and even aboard a cruise liner before teaching at Petroc (North Devon College).
When I’m not busy pampering brides, you’ll find me in my greenhouse or tending to our English cottage-style garden with my two children. We’re currently immersed in the renovation of our 1800s cottage – a labour of love! I’m also partial to a chilled Pinot Grigio, endless cups of tea with my very understanding husband, and long walks through Devon’s rolling countryside or along the beach with our lovely Weimaraner.
