Amy and David, please could we hear a little bit about you as a couple?
We both love spending time outdoors with our dog, Pip. Walks in the woods and along the coast. Nature is one of our favourite things!Why did you choose Tree Top Escape for your wedding?
Because we loved the idea of an intimate wedding. We both just wanted the closest people to us there. We loved the fact it was in the middle of nature. It’s a stunning venue and best of all, we could have our dog, Pip, with us on the big day!
Tell us about your ceremony?
It was the most magical day; our coordinator, Nicola, was amazing. She made sure the day ran smoothly. It was relaxed and fun and we had the best day.What facilities did you enjoy as part of the celebrations?
We loved The Nest and The Meadow Room. It was nice to spend time in both areas. We also fed the alpacas, which was really fun!
Who were the suppliers that worked their magic for your big day?
Cooking with Gazz - the best food we have ever eaten. He is absolutely fantastic.Marcia Shapland Wedding Styling did our decorations - the venue looked stunning and Marcia went above and beyond with her customer service.
Beauty by Cathy did my hair and make-up - Cathy made me feel so relaxed on the day and I felt so beautiful. Such a lovely, friendly lady.
Graze Me Up platter boards- very tasty food for evening nibbles! Served beautifully.
Michelle Ley Photography for photos - could not have asked for a better photographer! Michelle made us feel so relaxed on the day, helped us pose for photos, and even got some great shots of the dog! She was so much fun and the photos are amazing!

What did you enjoy most about your intimate wedding?
The beautiful venue, we loved that it was a minimoon too! Immaculately clean, beautiful decor.Did you feel well looked after by the Tree Top Escape Team?
Extremely! Nicola went above and beyond and all the suppliers are fantastic. After our wedding was cancelled twice due to covid, the whole team and suppliers really looked after us. We couldn’t be more grateful.
What was the most special moment on your wedding day?
It was all perfect but if we had to pick a special moment, it would be our vows looking out at the view in The Nest.
Did you add any unique touches that made your big day personal to you?
We had Pip, our dog, as ring bearer!Have you got any advice for other couples thinking of opting for an intimate wedding?
Do it! It was the best decision we have ever made and stress-free! Just having the closest people there in the most beautiful setting.
